VENTILATION SYSTEM

INSTALL SMB's VENTILATION SYSTEM FOR POWER HOUSE AND CENTRIFUGAL SECTION, GET RID OF DUSTY AND HOT CLIMATE, IMPROVE EFFICIENCY OF POWER HOUSE

Almost all Sugar Mills are facing great problem due to very high temperature in the power house, which crosses the mark of 55°C in summer season. This rise in temperature inside the power-house is on one hand very much discomfortable for the people working inside. It is a fact that Power House is surrounded by Mill House, Boiling House, Boilers and D.G. Set Room, due to this, there is no cross ventilation available in power house. Moreover in summer, the Power House temperature reaches to 48°-50°C approx., very dangerous for working staff and electrical panels, and other instruments panels.

Principle of Ventilation:
The principle simply involves the removal of an amount of heated or contaminated Air and the substitution of an equal amount of relatively uncontaminated or fresh air. Ventilation is truly a part of Air conditioning, Industrial ventilation is often used as broad title covering injection of air and exhaust system.
